CoffeeBeans PH - find the differences
This store is a supplier of coffee beans for local coffee shop owners and coffee lovers - that's what they write on their website. Wide selection of single origin Philippine coffee beans and commercial beans from Luzon.
"Get freshly roasted coffee beans and experience the rich taste and aroma of roasted coffee beans from the Philippines!"
And so I bought Excelsa, Sagada Arabica and Barako.
The beans were not freshly roasted. But not last year’s, let’s say.
Open the excelsa - herbaceous and fruity.
By the way, Sagana was ordered medium fried. And the difference is not visible at all. Floral.
Barako - mint.
So you see the difference in the photo of the grains? So I don’t see it. But you can see Robusta right away, there’s a lot of it everywhere.
I won't say that this is bad coffee. They even mixed it with the right variety. If you look at the words and remember what this store writes about its beans: “for owners of local coffee shops” - it’s quite a coffee theme. Cheap. And there is even the right variety. We have discounts on lazada, maybe every month. And so the price is low, and there is a discount on delivery. Quite a worthy option if you add a Philippine blend. Then there will be no questions.
And now this is especially for those who are learning to understand coffee. Find differences in grains, in slight shades of taste. It's a rewarding experience. But not truthful and therefore a little sad.
CoffeeBeans PH is cheap, and now we know why.
