Blacker than black

I drank this coffee twice. I sniffed it as I passed by during the day... But I still can’t give up and make notes.

Last night, as I was unscrewing the lid of the jar and sticking my nose in, I smelled mint gum. Chill and flowers. I thought I was wrong and decided to wait a little longer. This is Liberica. A smell that can knock down and finish off the strength of that same fallen horse. Here in the Philippines this varietal blend is called barako - “stallion”.

The coffee that I'm trying to figure out is mixed with Excelsa.

Menthol, woody, floral, spruce, strong. The spruce cone remains saturated, although covered in soil. Bright, but completely incomprehensible aroma. Tasty, but not sure what kind.

Black pepper, honey, dry chocolate, walnuts. But I think this coffee doesn’t need to be sorted out, it’s just delicious and that’s all it is.

A fortress worthy of starting any action. Everything I love. Blacker than black. About Store
