of Tablea from Levie
Unpacking such a package would seem like nothing special. But when layer after layer is revealed, the awesomeness of cocoa reaches your nose. You start to tremble. Tablea from the island of Leyte, Hilongos. In the center of the Philippines. Unfermented beans.
Sweet, dry, aromatic.
This scent is good as whole candy.
The head clears up. And you end up where you should. The sky is covered with a white veil, like cocoa in a white cup. So the whole world is now twisting next to the bubbles.
Long aftertaste, not bitter, calm, a little serious. But then all that remains is relaxation.
The instructions on the label read:
- When boiling water, add 2-3 tablea or depending on the desired taste.
- add sugar
- add milk (Optional)
- mix well for 3-5 Minutes
- And enjoy
