Two variations of coffee from one store
Collected in the mountains of Cordillera, from the city of Baguio.
Baguio Barako Coffee - Medium Roast.
Nice grinding, I thought. The aroma of grains is cold, I'm not sure but nuts and strawberries too. It becomes earthy in a cup, but something is missing. Maybe saturation. Quite soft and pure color. Not bitter, gentle and pleasant.
I think I’m gonna love Liberica coffee.
And there is an order at the lazada. I drank this coffee before I could take a picture. The bags in which the coffee was packed are airtight.
Benguet Blend - Benguet Coffee - Dark Roast
blend of arabica and excelsa
Dark roast - greenish color, sour, bitter - I wanted to add cream sometimes. Not enough sweetness. Too monotonous.
